If your bag won’t open, please check the following:
- The light is blinking green:
This means the battery is empty. Connect the bag to a standard 5V charger (do not use a fast charger) and let it charge for at least 30 minutes. Then try again. - The scanner doesn’t respond at all:
The bag may have entered safety mode, often caused by using a fast charger or a charger with too much power. Unplug the charger, wait until any lights turn off, then connect a proper 5V charger. After a few minutes, the scanner should start working again. - Fingerprint not recognized:
Make sure you place your finger exactly the same way as when it was registered. If that doesn’t work, follow the instructions in the manual to reset and re-register your fingerprint using a full 360° scan.

The Maison Milano fingerprint scanner uses advanced biometric technology, similar to that of smartphones. The first fingerprint entered is set as the administrator fingerprint by default. Up to 10 fingerprints can be added afterward. The bag can only be unlocked with a registered fingerprint, ensuring optimal security. Each order includes a comprehensive manual that provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use the fingerprint scanner.
When the battery is nearly empty, the green indicator light will start blinking. Recharge the scanner using the included USB-C cable; a full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. Once fully charged, the green light will turn off.

Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are delivered within 1-2 business days. For other European countries, the delivery time is 2-4 business days. For orders outside Europe, the delivery time may vary between 5-10 business days. You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped.
Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Poland & Sweden: Free shipping, delivery within 1–3 business days.
Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping, delivery within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the next day in the Netherlands.
Switzerland: Shipping cost CHF 14, delivery within 2–3 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).
Norway: Shipping cost €14, delivery within 2–3 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).
Other Europe: Free shipping, delivery within 3–5 business days.
Outside Europe: Shipping cost €30, delivery time depends on the destination.
