Maison Milano Return Policy
At Maison Milano, we offer a 14-day return policy, in accordance with the right of withdrawal within the European Union. This means you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your item.

Important: Removing Fingerprints

If you are returning a bag equipped with a fingerprint scanner, it is mandatory to remove all stored fingerprints before sending the bag back to us.

How to remove fingerprints:

  • Refer to the product manual for detailed instructions on resetting the fingerprint scanner.
  • If you have any questions or issues, please contact our customer service team at info@maison-milano.com for assistance.

Consequences of not removing fingerprints:

  • If fingerprints are not completely removed, the return will be rejected, and we will send the product back to you at your expense.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

  • Items must be in the same condition as you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to be eligible for a return.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.
  • Certain items, such as intimate products or personalized items, cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.

Return Process:

Option 1: Request a Return via Your Online Account

  1. Log into your account: Visit our website and log in with your details.
  2. Access your orders: Navigate to the "My Account" section.
  3. Select the order: Locate the order containing the item you wish to return.
  4. Initiate a return request: Select the item(s) you want to return and follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Option 2: Request a Return via Email

You can also contact us at info@maison-milano.com to start a return. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

All returns must be sent to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note: Items sent back to us without an approved return request or without fingerprints removed will not be accepted.

European Union Right of Withdrawal:

As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

How the right of withdrawal works:

  1. Notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt via email (info@maison-milano.com) or your account on our website.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be refunded in full, including the standard shipping cost of the original delivery.

Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Items must meet the return conditions to qualify for a refund.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will include the standard shipping cost of the original delivery, but additional charges for special shipping options will not be reimbursed.
