Refund policy

 

Return Period

 

At Maison Milano, we offer a 14-day return period in accordance with the European Union right of withdrawal.

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the approval date.

Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

 


 

Return Conditions

 

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must first be approved by our customer service team before being shipped.

  • Certain products, such as intimate items or personalized goods, cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.

 


Fingerprint Removal (for SecureTouch bags):

If you are returning a bag equipped with a fingerprint scanner, all stored fingerprints must be removed before shipping the item back.

Instructions can be found in the product manual.

If fingerprints are not completely removed, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

 


 

Return Request Options

 

Option 1: Via Your Online Account

Log in to your account on our website.

Go to the “My Account” section and select your order.

Choose the item(s) you wish to return.

Submit your return request following the on-screen steps.


Option 2: Via Email

You may also email us at info@maison-milano.com to start your return.

Please include your order number and specify which item(s) you want to return.

 


 

Return Costs

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

If an order is not collected from a pick-up point, refused at the door, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, it will automatically be returned to Maison Milano.

In such cases, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately if the order is reshipped.

Failure to collect or accept a parcel does not qualify as a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 


 

Processing Fees

 

Maison Milano reserves the right to charge reasonable processing fees for returns.

These fees cover handling, inspection, restocking, and administrative work associated with processing returned or undeliverable parcels.

Processing fees are separate from return shipping costs and, when applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

 


 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
