Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We ship all our packages via UPS. The delivery times are as follows:
Free Shipping within the Germany
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Cost: Free
- Note: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the next day.
Free Shipping within Netherlands
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Cost: Free
- Note: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the next day.
Free Shipping within Belgium
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Cost: Free
- Note: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the next day.
Standard Shipping Method within Europe
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: €13.95
- Free shipping on orders above €250
Standard Shipping Method Outside of Europe
- Delivery Time: Varies by destination
- Cost: €30

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following areas:

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Address Changes
If you made an error when entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maison-milano.com. We will do our best to change the address before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
Undelivered Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple delivery attempts, or failure to pick up at a pickup point, and it is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss further instructions. Any additional shipping costs to resend the package are the responsibility of the customer.
