This website is operated by Maison Milano. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maison Milano. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction; to limit quantities; to change descriptions or pricing at any time; and to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Pre-Orders. Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis before they are produced or available for shipment. Estimated delivery dates on product pages may vary due to production or logistics. Customers may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product has been shipped for a full refund. For made-to-order or personalized products, cancellation is only possible before production begins. Maison Milano may cancel a pre-order due to unforeseen production issues or material shortages; a full refund will be issued.

Uncollected or Refused Shipments. If a delivery is not collected at a pick-up point, refused at the door, or cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the parcel will return to Maison Milano. In such cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund or charged separately if the order is reshipped.

Processing Fees. Maison Milano reserves the right to apply reasonable processing fees for returned or undeliverable orders. These fees cover handling, inspection, restocking and administrative work and may be deducted from any applicable refund. Processing fees are separate from return shipping costs.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order (including orders placed under the same account, credit card and/or using the same billing/shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of order. We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and promptly update it so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.
